Recognised as one of the best white grape varieties, Riesling is the king of Alsace wines. Dry and racy, this wine has extracted robust character from its granite terroir.

It has a crystalline robe with beautiful golden glints. The bouquet is full of delicate citrus notes and white-fleshed fruit giving a clear, pure aromatic expression with incisive and engaging freshness marked by spring flowers, elderberry and lime aromas.

Both lively and velvety, it is a gastronomic wine par excellence. It distinguishes itself especially well with traditional Alsatian cuisine.

Food pairing : Smoked salmon and sushi, cockerel in Riesling, pikeperch fillet with cream, Choucroute, dry goat’s cheese, crab salad with grapefruit.
