Small black berries loaded with sunshine and exclusively hand-picked, our Pinot Noir grapes are carefully macerated in vats for a 10-day period. There, in the absence of sunshine and oxygen the colour and tannins pass slowly from the skins into the juice

With its ruby colouring, Pinot Noir has the honour to be the only red grape of Alsace. In the mouth there is a pleasant tannic structure accompanied by red fruit aromas (raspberry, blackcurrant, Morello cherry) …and chocolate. It envelops the palate satisfyingly and has good length

Food pairing : Jugged hare, rib of beef, soft-ripened cheeses.

Serving temperature : Best enjoyed at 12°-16°C
