The most famous of Alsace wines, its roundness and aromatic opulence are seductive.
Its colour is golden and intense while its floral, expressive and complex bouquet evolves onto notes of praline and rose backed up by aromas of cinnamon and peppermint. The first impression in the mouth is a soft and delicate mellowness with nice roundness. The finish, however, is a magnificent spiciness.
Food pairing : Perfect as an aperitif, ideal for pork filet with pineapple or farm produced Munster, sublime with crème brûlée or chocolate lava cake and all types of Asian cuisine.
