Made from only Chardonnay grapes, this Crémant d’Alsace endorses the alliance of Alsatian elegance with the prestigious Méthode Traditionnelle. Its intense and fine bouquet gives out toasty, lightly buttered aromas. On tasting it is ample, well-balanced and long in the mouth while being accentuated by fine and persistent bubbles, thus providing an airy character.
Food pairing : As an aperitif or with salmon papillotes and spring vegetables, guinea fowl with chestnuts, potato gratin (dauphinois).
