Made from grapes harvested at full ripeness and having benefitted from very long fermentation and aging on the lees, this convivial and structured Sylvaner is for drinking pleasure.
It is visually pure and crystalline with beautiful density. The bouquet is dominated by very elegant floral notes. The first taste is straightforward with a candied citrus register. The finish is a buttery fullness progressively giving notes of ripe fruit and a refreshing minerality.
Food pairing : Diced veal in white wine sauce, fillet of John Dory with fennel, cheese fondue, scallop skewers, seafood platter.
Serving temperature : Best enjoyed at 8°-11°C
