RIESLING Vendanges Tardives

As original as it is rare, this Late Harvest Riesling was made from grapes of exceptional ripeness. Its golden colour prefigures great aromatic complexity. The range extends from quince to honey and then from candied apricots to raisins – a bouquet combining opulence with elegance. We then discover more enchanting sensations on tasting; there is a first impression of roundness with beautiful overripe tones. The finish turns fresher and lingers long on the palate before calling for another glass.

Food pairing : Superb alongside a Tagine with apricots or tuiles au gingembre (fine ginger-almond biscuits).

Serving temperature : Best enjoyed at 8°C
