PINOT GRIS Vendanges Tardives

Pinot Gris benefits well from over-ripening ; the resulting wine is charming and heart-warming. Floral and toasty notes are found in the forefront of the bouquet but honey, spice and candied ginger nuances are also found in the background.

It is explosive in the nose and addictive in the mouth. Its natural roundness is balanced by a soft tannic structure and pleasantly refreshing finish.

Food pairing : A foie gras terrine with spiced pears, Roquefort, three-chocolate log.

Serving temperature : Best enjoyed at 8°C
