Made from carefully selected and exclusively hand-picked grapes, our Pinot Gris is the object of scrupulous attention.

The colour is golden and dense while the bouquet reveals aromas of honey, white flowers and brioche. Gourmand and racy in the mouth, it is harmoniously balanced with perceptible spicy aromas and good length. The finish is a well-matched playoff between the freshness and the lovely roundness….accompanied by the charm of its golden delicious and liquorice aromas.

Food pairing : Pan-fried foie gras, roast haunch of venison, fish fillet with curry sauce, fricassee of wild mushrooms, Bleu d’Auvergne cheese.
