This Blanc de Noirs Crémant is a winemaking exploit, as it takes all the gentleness our pickers and the expertise of our press manager to obtain a white juice with glints of old gold from the black Pinot Noir grapes, furthermore it has excellent mouthfeel along with stacks of personality.

The fine, airy bubbles enhance its natural elegance and emphasize the lovely aromas of lilac and white flowers. Quite full-bodied in the mouth, its freshness lingers long on the palate and makes it the ideal companion for an entire meal.

Food pairing : Throughout a meal, with Quiche Lorraine, grilled meats or a fish stew.

Serving temperature : Best enjoyed at 6°- 8°C
